RBCC Membership /Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions
Your Points and or Rewards, registered RBCC Cards, and your account under RBCC Rewards are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) RBCC Rewards account that is personal to you.
RBCC reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the RBCC Rewards program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you in the event of your RBCC membership status falling into bad standing.
In the event that your participation in RBCC Rewards is terminated, then all accumulated Points in your account are void.
RBCC, its committee, personal, organisers, or promoters, do not bear any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, accident, death or asset damage howsoever arising from inclusion or participation in the RBCC Loyalty Card programme.
YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS
You are required to submit your valid South African ID to register RBCC Loyalty Card. By providing RBCC with your personal information, you give RBCC permission to send you information regarding its RBCC Loyalty Card programme as well as promotional material and newsletters via telephone and email.
The RBCC Loyalty Card is issued by and remains the property of the RBCC. RBCC reserves the right to decline, issue and withdraw the RBCC Loyalty Card at any time.
For all lost or stolen cards, contact the RBCC office to request a new card. Replacement card costs will be for your account and must be paid in full before your new card is issued. Please inquire at the office for this cost.
EARNING RBCC LOYALTY CARD POINTS
To earn RBCC Loyalty Card points for transactions, the customer must present their RBCC Loyalty Card at RBCC points of sale (currently only the Bar) in order for the transactions to be recorded. If no card is presented at point of sale before payment, RBCC Loyalty Card points will not be earned for the transactions. Furthermore it is not possible to earn RBCC Loyalty Card points retrospectively for transactions in the past where the RBCC Loyalty Card has not been presented.
RBCC Loyalty Card points will be reflected on your RBCC Loyalty Card account within 5 days of your purchase.
Opportunities to earn extra RBCC Loyalty Card points will be given at RBCC’s discretion.
USING YOUR RBCC LOYALTY CARD POINTS
Upon having collected your points (subject to the 5 day period mentioned in point 8. above) you will be able to use your RBCC Loyalty Card points to pay for purchases in the bar.
RBCC Loyalty Card points can be used for purchases at the Bar at any time. This transaction is done by the barmen while the transaction is in progress.
RBCC Loyalty Card points will be valid for 12 months. RBCC reserves the right to close any RBCC Loyalty Card account that has been inactive (no RBCC Loyalty Card points earned or used) for a period of 12 consecutive months. RBCC Loyalty Card points attached to closed accounts will be forfeited.
In the event of a technical, system(s) or network failure as well as system upgrades, RBCC Loyalty Card points allocations as well as points used on card will not be processed and/or issued retrospectively.
Money accumulated from RBCC Loyalty Card point’s switches remains virtual money. No customer will receive cash money from the RBCC Loyalty Card scheme. Monetary value is attached to the RBCC Loyalty Card at which point the card assumes the function of a gift card.
RBCC reserves the right to change the conversion value of RBCC Loyalty Card points at its discretion.
