Phil Hammill opened @ 17:41 and welcomed everyone

               Letter regarding trainers on the course.-Committee to give Phil feed back on policy.

            None

 

7.    FINANCE:

·        None- Camilla not present.

 

8.    PROJECTS –

 

·        J.B & C.B to meet with Darren Liebenburg regarding practice net.

·        First turn on new cart path at hole no 3 to be looked at being widened.

·        Old project list dealt with.

 

  1.  COMPETITION SECRETARY/ CO-ORDINATER :

 

10.   PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER:

·        None.

 

       11.  JUNIOR GOLF:

·        League starts in March.

·        Sponsors for practice nets at schools to be addressed.

·        Junior Schools under control.

 

12.   

               SPORTS DEVELOPMENT:

Club to issue sports Development R7000.00 invoice for Green Fees.

 

 

13.             GREEN-KEEPER :

·        J.B. & G.G are joining green keepers Ass

·        Good feed back has been received regarding the state of the course.

 

14.              HANDICAP’S :

·        Discussion took place on handicap penalties.  – To be handled by handicap committee

 

15.              INKWAZI :

a.       Ongoing and under control.

b.      Sponsors needed

 

16.             GOLF CARTS :

None

 

17.              GENERAL :

·        It was decided to only have one golf committee meeting a month. Sub sections to meet and communicate to other members via email regarding out comes and proposals. It was once again stipulated that feed back must take place before the committee meeting takes place.
