			Mzingazi Access Control Procedures Herewith are the access control procedures for entry to the Estate and are not negotiable for change without the Home Owners Association’s authorisation.  Access control is approved for the following; 1. Richards Bay Country Club Members 1.1 Non-swipe cardholders All members of the Richards Bay Country Club that do not have a swipe cards are authorised entrance if they produce their member’s card through the Main gate only.  1.2 Swipe card Holders All Members that do have swipe cars can gain entry through the boom gate furthest from the gatehouse, these persons do not have to be stopped. 2. Home Owners 2.1 Non-swipe cardholders All Home Owners of the Mzingazi Golf Estate that do not have a swipe cards are authorised entrance if they produce their RBCC member’s card or Mzingazi Home Owners Card. 2.2 Swipe card Holders All Members that do have swipe cars can gain entry through the boom gate furthest from the gatehouse by the Main Entrance, these persons do not have to be stopped. 3. RBCC and Mzingazi Employees All employees are allowed entrance if they produce their Access Cards issued by the Mzingazi and RBCC management. NO ACCESS CARD NO ENTRANCE 4. Caddies All caddies sign in at Main Gate and to hand in there ID books, a bib supplied by the Estate will be issued, which has to be worn until exit period, on departure they must sign out and retrieve there Id books and hand in there bib. Caddie’s access periods are from 5:30am to 8:00 am on foot, thereafter no caddie will be permitted to gain access. Caddies are to be controlled by there caddie master while on the Estate, they are to stay in the caddie enclosure if not caddying for a golfer, and are not to leave there until exit period. Exit period is from 15:00pm to 18:00pm on foot and will be escorted by security. It is the sole responsibility of the person in charge of the caddies to inform security of the caddies departure, so that a security guard can be dispatched to escort them. Caddies caught wondering around will be removed from site and not allowed back on the Estate. All caddies are to enter and exit by Main Gate only. 5. Contractors All Contractors are allowed entrance if they produce their contractor’s access card issued by Mzingazi Management. NO ACCESS CARD NO ENTRANCE All contractors are not permitted entrance by foot excepting Hlanganisani. Hlanganisani is to follow procedures set out for them. All contractors are to follow the security procedures set out for them as per the Contractors Manual. 6. Visiting Golfers All visiting golfers just sign the visitors register and are allowed entry, security will asked to see there golf clubs for confirmation that they are coming to play golf. . 7. Visitors All visitors are permitted entrance on appointment only. All visitors visiting the Pro-Shop will be allowed entry, but must show proof of visit.  Visitor’s register must be completed. 8. Deliveries All deliveries will be permitted entrance on delivery notes only. Visitor’s register must be completed. 9. Functions Security must be notified of all function prior to the function-taking place. When visitors arrive for the function they must sign a function register for that specific function supplied by the Club.  All function goers will be searched for alcohol, and no function goer will be allowed on foot. All the above procedures are subject to change from time to time, but with authorisation from the Home Owners association only.
